March Women's Circle: Spring Detox: Rejuvenate Your Body & Energy
Let us come together as we refresh and renew our bodies and minds for the arrival of spring. After a long winter, we’ll draw inspiration from ancient practices to explore gentle and easy ways to detox our body. We’ll also focus on clearing our energy helping us shed the winter season’s heaviness to create space for a renewed sense of vitality and clarity.
Join us for an intimate and nurturing women’s circle dedicated to self-love, healing, and the wisdom of the heart. Guided by two compassionate facilitators- experienced acupuncturist Beth Li and skilled yoga instructor DeAnna Houston- this gathering offers a safe space to explore the depths of your emotional and spiritual well-being through Chinese Medicine insights, heart centered practices, and journal prompts.

For centuries, women have gathered in communities to support one another, and we’re continuing this cherished tradition. Join us for a beautiful opportunity to connect with the women around you, fostering self-reflection and growth in a supportive environment. Each circle centers around a floral floor mandala, symbolizing the strength and beauty of the inner feminine and our resilience in overcoming challenges.

Every month, we will embrace a new intention, exploring it through breath work, meditation, journaling, and slow movement. Past themes have included preparing for seasonal shifts with holistic lifestyle tips, understanding your Ayurvedic constitution, and reframing hardships to find ease.

Each circle begins with introductions, allowing us to connect with one another. We will then engage in our practice, providing ample time for sharing personal stories and deepening connections. After our practice, we’ll enjoy a nourishing snack that complements our theme, prepared by our facilitators. You’ll leave each circle equipped with tools to integrate the month’s intention into your life, along with a recipe for the shared food.
