Looking to enjoy the flexibility of practicing at home without losing the sense of community?

 

We begin each class with a group check-in, creating connection and ensuring the session is tailored to your unique needs. 

 

The practice incorporates poses to relieve discomfort, breath-work to prepare you for labor, abdominal and pelvic floor exercises for childbirth and postpartum recovery, and elements of childbirth education. We end each class with a peaceful, calming relaxation.

Suitable for all levels and any trimester, this practice supports your journey at every stage.

Days:  Wednesdays

Time:  7:00 PM - 8:15 PM (75 minutes)

Cost:  Six weeks $88 | One class:  $20

Note:  If you register for the series and miss a class, you'll receive a recording to practice on your own.

Props

We highly recommend:

  • a yoga mat,

  • two blankets (cushion or towels), 

  • two yoga blocks (large books or two sturdy water bottles), 

  • and a bolster (pregnancy pillow or dense pillow).
